Title: Operations Supervisor - Raw Processing - 1st Shift

Location: Chicago, Illinois

Qualifications:

• Meat processing experience 
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience in the meat processing field) required
• 5+ years of food processing experience in the meat industry as a supervisor is needed, as well as manufacturing knowledge and understanding of yields, plant efficiencies, and operations procedures
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Inventory software
• Bilingual a plus
